A year and a half ago, I put myself last. I wasn’t looking after my mental and physical health at all. I was eating take out for most meals of the week, I felt awful inside and out. My skin was horrible, my mood and energy levels were so low that it had a major impact on my everyday life.
I decided I had enough of feeling like that and wanted to put myself first, finally! I signed up for the Body Time Workout and started smashing out my goals. Fast forward to now and I have eliminated so many negative habits I had before, I am so much more confident in myself and most importantly I am the happiest I have ever been in a long time!
